This is to ensure that your Shed is a safe and secure environment for all, and that you are fully aware of issues that could affect your organisation. There are different laws and legislations that exist across the UK and Ireland, so always refer to your local and national government webpages for guidance. Your Shed might consider creating a ‘code of conduct’ to ensure that everyone adheres to the standards and expectations set within your Shed. This could be given to new members upon joining. Ideas and templates can be sourced from your national Men’s Shed Association.
